Returns
Should you not be totally happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund your payment (minus the original delivery cost) within 14 days. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item back to Heartwood. Unfortunately if the item is damaged during the return, we will not be able to issue a full refund.
For bespoke items or special orders, we regret we are unable to accept the return of these goods as they have been specially made at your request. 

Damages
All of our items are quality checked before they leave the workshop so damage is very rare. It is important that you inspect your item upon delivery as we'll ask you to sign a form confirming that the item appeared in good condition when it was received. 
If there is any damage, please take photos at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible. Our team will assess your complaint and assuming they are valid, we will arrange to collect the item from you and either arrange for a repair or order a replacement.
